Our delivery approach
Our delivery model is built on the premise that service delivery is best managed in close consultation with, and in proximity to, the client while accessing and taking advantage of a highly efficient and cost effective global resources and expertise available through the Sogeti Group.

We can provide relevant onsite, near shore, and far shore resources all delivered as a seamless fully integrated managed service that is underpinned by a rigorous SLA and managed locally by our delivery management team.  This allows us to have those services that require a high degree of client interaction delivered onsite; while other services can be delivered from our competence centres in Dublin and Galway; we can also use the resources of our 500+ team facility in India for appropriate service components.  This integrated approach allows us to pass through considerable savings directly to our clients without compromising service quality and responsiveness.  Our local organisation with over 150 IT professionals is complemented by our own-managed Indian facility, which is a centre of excellence for software testing and Microsoft and SAP related services.
