Our two stage Value Upgrade Service will first assess your organisations need for a SAP upgrade and then outline the most cost effective and appropriate solution. The assignment commences with our Rapid Assessment Workshop (RAW) followed by our Workpackage Based Delivery (WBD) implementation model. The workshop defines the scope to the upgrade project, assesses the effort and minimises risk by identifying potential issues right at the outset. On completion of the RAW workshop the work plan can then be executed using the Workpackage Based Delivery methodology.
