Sogeti Roadmap to Managed Test Services (MTS)

Each assignment normally commences with a Managed Service Readiness Review where we clarify the business and IT objectives. We identify those areas that are ready for a Managed Test Service and highlight those which may need specific action prior to transitioning to a Managed Test Service.
We then define a detailed transition plan which uses the optimum mix of resources and infrastructure consistent with the client’s business objectives and matches their cost and risk profiles.
The transition plan defines the pace at which the operational test execution is transferred from the client’s own resources to Sogeti resources and test delivery centres, be they carried out on site or in Sogeti’s near shore or far shore Test Centres.
