I’m originally from India and moved to Dublin a year ago with my family. I’m a proud mother of two and have embraced this new chapter with enthusiasm. I studied Computer Science Engineering and have always been passionate about technology and problem-solving. Outside of work, I enjoy reading about emerging tech, listening to music, mentoring aspiring professionals, and exploring Ireland’s scenic trails.
What’s your professional background?
I’ve been in the SAP industry for 19 years, working across both consulting and product-based organizations. My experience spans companies like Oracle, Samsung, General Motors, and Deloitte with most of the time spent working in Dubai. I specialize in managing large-scale SAP finance transformation programs, including ECC/S4 HANA migrations, AMS, and testing initiatives. I’m a certified SAP Project and Program Manager and have led cross-functional teams on multi-million-dollar projects globally.
What do you do at Sogeti?
At Sogeti, I manage end-to-end SAP programs—from blueprinting and implementation to testing and post-go-live support. My role is all about aligning delivery with business goals and ensuring a smooth, value-driven journey for our clients. I’ve been with Sogeti Ireland since June 2024, and I bring a collaborative, agile, and results-oriented leadership style to every project.
What are you most passionate about in your work?
I’m passionate about delivering SAP programs that empower businesses—not just technically, but through meaningful stakeholder engagement and change management. I also love building high-performing teams. I believe that great delivery comes from great people, so I invest in mentoring, knowledge sharing, and creating a culture of trust and accountability.
What does a typical day look like for you?
My day starts with reviewing project dashboards and team updates. I usually have a mix of stand-ups, client check-ins, and internal syncs. I spend time coordinating across global teams, resolving escalations, and mentoring team members. I also work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure we’re delivering strategic value.
What’s the biggest thing you’ve learned since joining Sogeti?
The biggest lesson has been the power of balance and inclusivity. Irish work culture emphasizes collaboration, respect, and well-being. It’s a refreshing shift from high-pressure environments I’ve worked in before. Personally, relocating and adapting to a new culture has taught me resilience, patience, and the importance of community.
