HR Recruitment and Mobility Executive

Job Location:             Dublin, Ireland

Working Pattern:       Full time Permanent

We are seeking a professional and self-motivated individual to join our team.

As the recruitment coordinator and administrator you will have;

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High organisational capabilities
  • Highly computer literate
  • Time Management, deadlines and prioritisation
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under reasonable pressure is a must
  • Approx. 2 years’ experience in a similar position
  • HR or Business Related Degree

Key responsibilities include:


  • Posting job specs
  • Sourcing CV’s - building a candidate base (LinkedIn, Monster,
  • Arranging interviews & Attending Interviews
  • Maintain Recruitment tracker and reporting
  • Referencing Checking
  • Issuing contracts
  • Participating in Recruitment Fairs
  • Point of contact for recruitment agencies
  • Manage Glassdoor and Linkedin
  • Attend interviews


  • Initiating work permits with an external body
  • Mobility Administration
  • Onboarding & induction
  • Maintain Mobility tracker and report
  • Upkeep of Trusted Partner profile - any updates needed, ie, renewal


  • Maintaining Employee Files to internal audit standards (checklist of new joiner forms when they start, medical certs, up to date emergency information, address list)
  • Healthcare and pension administration
  • HR letters - confirmation of employment, salary certs, references, etc.
  • Other adhoc duties as required
