Tell us a bit about yourself.

I’m originally from the Lower Himalayan region in Northern India. Thanks to my dad’s career in the forces, I moved across the country and attended multiple schools and universities. I hold a postgraduate degree in Telecom Management and began my career at ICICI, one of India’s largest financial institutions. I also spent six years in the U.S., including time working on Wall Street. Outside of work, I enjoy playing squash and badminton—and I love to sing!

What’s your professional background?

I’m a Program Manager with over 20 years in corporate roles, leading multi-million-dollar digital transformation programs across industries like finance, energy, transportation, and insurance. I’ve worked with global teams and delivery models, partnering with organizations such as Citigroup, Oracle, and ICICI, and delivering solutions in areas like web, data, and cybersecurity across Asia, the Americas, and Europe.

Alongside my management experience, I’ve also been deeply involved in technical deliveries—working hands-on with technologies like .NET, SQL, TIBCO, Azure, AWS, and Power BI. I hold certifications on both sides of the spectrum: MCSE, MCAD, and Azure Data Engineer on the technical front, and PMP, Prince2 (Practitioner and Agile), CSM, PSM, and ITIL for project and service management. This blend of skills helps me connect the dots between strategy and execution, making sure projects are not only well-managed but also technically sound

What do you do at Sogeti?

I’ve been with Sogeti for 7 years as a Program Manager. My role involves delivering diverse technical projects—from web-based systems and analytics to event processing and test environment management. I act as a trusted advisor to clients, applying best practices and insights from my varied experience to ensure successful outcomes.

What are you most passionate about in your work?

I’m passionate about applying and evolving best practices in project delivery. I work closely with my teams to ensure these practices are embedded in our work, and I value the strong rapport I’ve built with them—it makes collaboration seamless and effective.

What does a typical day look like for you?

While I usually have meetings and reviews planned, each day brings new challenges—especially when managing complex programs with global delivery teams. Flexibility and problem-solving are key parts of my day-to-day.

What’s the biggest thing you’ve learned since joining Sogeti?

From my interview to today, I’ve felt a strong sense of warmth, openness, and fairness in Sogeti’s culture. The open-door policy and inclusive environment make you feel like you truly belong.

How do you add value to your clients?

My diverse experience and certifications in project management, agile, and service delivery allow me to tailor best practices to each client’s needs. I focus on generating real value by aligning delivery with business goals and adapting to evolving requirements

What trends are you seeing in your field?

Cloud adoption and artificial intelligence are major trends, helping clients reduce time to market and future-proof their operations. Business analysis is becoming more complex due to rapidly changing market demands and expectations.
