Test Transformation offers a step change in how your testing function is paid for, measured and managed, taking it ‘beyond testing’. The service embraces a co-ordinated approach to delivering work streams that, in combination, deliver measurable financial, quality and timeliness benefits year on year.
Test Transformation best suits large scale engagements, whereby testing is outsourced to and managed by Sogeti under a multi-year engagement. This service differs to our Managed Testing Services by moving away from the longstanding, time and materials model, towards a new commercial model whereby Sogeti underwrite a year on year reduction in your testing costs.
By underwriting year-on-year cost savings, Sogeti works collaboratively with you to ensure that testing matures quickly and continuous test improvement and innovation are embedded from the outset. More importantly, in time we work to mature your upstream software development activities in order to move from purely defect detection to both defect prevention and defect detection.

Supplier Quality Management
As we are an independent provider specialising in quality and test we provide expertise to help you select and manage your software suppliers from a quality perspective. This incorporates support for supplier selection including supplier auditing, contractual support including acceptance criteria definition, supplier monitoring and technical review of key deliverables such as test strategies/plans/cases/results, and (as part of a managed service) managing and performing acceptance testing of supplied software.
