Big time savings through automatic archiving and processing of invoices
Sogeti implements archiving solution for Cactus.
The Cactus invoice processing service processes more than 300,000 invoices a year, processed manually in order to be encoded in the Retail system. The purpose of this project was to start digitization and invoices recognition.
Sogeti Luxembourg developed archiving solution files via HR tools like Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Module 8.0 and 3.5 involving scanning, index classification and extraction of automatic validation and release to Alfresco. We also implemented archiving solution forms ‘fidelity card’ via the same tools. Usage of SharePoint 2010 also helped establish a detailed reporting of usage statistics.
The control system for the invoices will continue to match the delivery notes with the invoices, not in a physical way anymore but automatically. This will reduce space and time for archiving and processing the invoices. The agent can then concentrate on value added work.
