Through shared client experiences, we looked at the journeys organisations have taken, from initial pilots to solutions that are embedded into everyday operations, and the business impact achieved as a result.

Event Overview

As organisations move beyond experimentation, the conversation around AI is changing. It is no longer about whether the technology works, but about how AI can be applied in practical and meaningful ways to deliver real business value.

With insights from Sogeti and Microsoft, the session focussed on what has worked in practice, as well as the lessons learned along the way. We discussed how those learnings are shaping future AI initiatives, helping organisations start small, make informed decisions, and build towards long-term value.

During the session, we explored:
