Can you tell us a little bit about yourself? 

I am Aarti Attavar, and I work as a Portfolio and Program Manager in the Quality Engineering & Testing (QET) practice at Sogeti. I am originally from Mumbai, India and studied at Symbiosis in Pune. Outside of work, I enjoy catching up with friends, spending time with my family, experimenting with new recipes, and traveling to explore different cultures and cuisines. 

How did your career evolve and what’s your role like today? 

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, I have had the opportunity to lead transformation programs, collaborate with stakeholders across regions and manage portfolios that deliver real business value. I bring a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of technology trends to every engagement. 

For the past 7 years, I have been part of Sogeti. My role involves overseeing large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering measurable outcomes. More recently, I have taken on a leadership role in AI initiatives, helping clients identify use cases, implement intelligent automation, and integrate AI solutions that drive tangible impact. 

What is the future of AI, and how is Sogeti helping clients adapt?

What are you passionate about in your work? 

I am very passionate about customer-centric innovation and driving meaningful change that truly benefits clients. I love sharing this passion with my teams through brainstorming sessions, pilot programs and mentoring colleagues who are curious about AI. It’s incredibly rewarding to see ideas evolve into impactful solutions. 

How do you add value to clients through your role? 

In my recent projects, I have focused on integrating AI into traditional business analysis to uncover deeper insights and improve efficiency. I add value by sharing thought leadership, applying industry best practices and showcasing real-world examples of how these approaches have benefited clients in terms of cost, time and quality. 

How is growth and learning at Sogeti? 

One of the biggest lessons I have learned at Sogeti is the importance of adaptability. The business landscape is constantly evolving and being flexible is key. I have also grown in ways which I didn’t expect like becoming more confident in public speaking and facilitating workshops, which wasn’t something I was initially comfortable with. 

A little more about you… 

When I am not working, I love spending time with my daughter especially hearing about her day at school or watching her at sports coaching. If I could have any superpower at work, I would choose the ability to clone myself so I could support all the exciting initiatives I am involved in!
