Tell us a little about yourself

I’m originally from Chennai, a vibrant coastal city in the south of India known for its long beaches and rich culture. I’m a professionally qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost & Management Accountant.

Outside of work, I’m a passionate traveler and have explored over 40 countries across five continents, often travelling solo. I enjoy discovering new cultures, hiking, and meeting people from different backgrounds. I also have a strong interest in learning languages and can hold basic conversations in several, including Japanese and Spanish. In my free time, I like playing billiards and occasionally cricket.

Overview of your experience

I bring over 20 years of experience as a transformation leader, combining strategic thinking, curiosity, and empathy to deliver impactful outcomes. My background spans AI-driven digital transformation, sales strategy, presales, business growth, and delivery leadership.

I’ve worked across Europe, North America, MEA, and APAC, supporting clients in industries such as Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and Automotive. Over the years, my career has evolved across multiple roles, from finance leader to IT practitioner and tech entrepreneur, giving me a well-rounded perspective on business transformation.

How long have you been working with Sogeti?

I’ve been part of the Capgemini Group since 2018 and joined Sogeti Ireland in January 2026.

What is your role at Sogeti?

I lead Sogeti Ireland’s Transformation and Innovation Office. My role focuses on driving high-quality, cost-optimized delivery using AI and automation, while also identifying and converting AI-led opportunities end-to-end.

What are you most passionate about in your area of expertise?

I’m passionate about truly understanding customers, stepping into their shoes to grasp their challenges and objectives. This helps me design and deliver solutions that create real value and meaningful impact.

What’s a typical day to day like for you? / What does a good day at work look like for you?  

My day-to-day work is centered around helping clients unlock real business value through AI. I collaborate closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can enhance existing services, drive greater efficiency, and improve business outcomes.

A great day at work is when we discover an AI opportunity that can make a meaningful impact, bring business and technology teams together around a shared vision, and define a clear path from concept to measurable results. Seeing an idea transform into tangible value for a client is what makes the work especially rewarding.

Overview of your recent projects

During my time supporting Erste Group, I led a strategic Pega transformation program across a complex technology landscape. The initiative helped accelerate the modernization of customer lifecycle management, improve delivery performance, and strengthen business agility. This experience further strengthened my ability to translate executive vision into large-scale execution within highly regulated banking environments.

As a Strategic Deal Leader, I have led and secured multi million euro, multi-tower ADM transformation engagements across Europe. Working closely with C-suite stakeholders, I helped shape winning strategies spanning applications, cloud, data, engineering, and managed services, while defining transformation roadmaps, commercial models and delivery solutions that delivered long-term business value for clients.

What market trends do you observe with customers and in business analysis today?  

AI in everything and everything as AI is the current trend. AI has become the mantra for customers across every industry, enabling faster business transformation while supporting top-line growth and more efficient, cost-effective operations.

What are your hobbies? 

I enjoy solo travel, especially to off-the-beaten-path destinations surrounded by nature and scenic landscapes. When I’m in Dublin, I like playing pool (billiards) and occasionally enjoy a game of cricket.

If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? 

I would love to visit Machu Picchu in Peru. As one of the world’s most remarkable ancient cities, it offers a unique opportunity to experience the history, engineering ingenuity, and cultural heritage of the Inca civilization. Exploring such a well-preserved site and learning about its fascinating past would be a truly unforgettable experience.
