How does it work?

Our 6-month graduate programme is split into two parts:

1. Initial 5 weeks consists of a combination of instructor-led training, certifications, and independent study utilizing diverse educational resources aimed at enhancing the capabilities of a recent graduates in their capacity as a consultant. 
2. Followed by 5 months of practical experience through involvement in customer projects and internal projects. This is an opportunity for graduates to apply their recently acquired knowledge.

Here’s what we’re looking for in candidates for our graduate programme:

• Hold or be on track to hold a Degree in business, IT, Software engineering, at the time of the commencement of the programme, with your academic grades being among the best in your university;
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our team, and with our clients through strong interpersonal and communication skills. Written and spoken fluency in the English language is a prerequisite for all applicants of the programme;
• Be flexible and open to new challenges and eager to learn and develop;
• Be organized with excellent time management capabilities with a ‘Can-do’ attitude;
• Be self-driven with the ability to leverage the graduate programme to your own benefit.
